WEBSITES & ONGOING HELP FOR INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES

A better website.
Less on your plate.

A dated website. An expensive hosting bill. No one to make the changes. We help independent businesses get a useful site and a clear plan for looking after it.

Start with a simple service. Add more when it helps.

Different ways to show up.

Our complete restaurant and plumbing examples show what a useful website can do. The wider design gallery also explores retail, studios, professional services and more.

MORE THAN A WEBSITE

The first inquiry
is just the beginning.

Keep inquiries, appointments, invoices and follow-up in one place. Try the tools with sample business details and see how the next step works.

Keep the conversation together.

See the question, customer context and person handling the next reply.

Give open inquiries a next step.

Move from a first message to a qualified request with a clear owner.

Make time for the right appointment.

Keep the requested service, time and responsible person together.

Make the numbers easy to follow.

Carry accepted estimates into invoices and see what remains to be paid.

Follow up with a reason.

Try a waiting reminder that stops when the customer replies or opts out.

See the work behind the totals.

Review the inquiries, appointments and recorded payments behind a report.

Fictional journeys and interactive business-tool previews. External message delivery, platform publishing and payments remain simulated or need separate setup.

SOMEONE TO HANDLE THE CHANGES

New hours.
New products.
A current website.

You have a business to run. Send the change, review the update and get back to your day. We agree the monthly allowance and covered hours before we start.

Product highlights, photos and hours prepared for review.
STUDIO UPDATE

“We’re adding an evening class. Let’s put the schedule and sign-up link on the site.”

Class information and the booking link kept up to date.

Illustrative requests, not customer testimonials.

ALREADY PAYING FOR A WEBSITE?

Know what your
monthly bill covers.

Hosting, website edits and marketing are different jobs. If your bill is hard to explain, or a simple update keeps getting put off, start with a review of what you have.

Review my current setup
  1. Understand the bill.

List the hosting, edits, software and support included today. Compare the work as well as the price.

  2. Keep what still works.

Review the website and account access before deciding whether to move, improve or rebuild it.

  3. Plan a careful handover.

Account for your domain, business email, forms and booking links before any change. You review the proposal first.

A STRAIGHTFORWARD START

Tell us about
your business.
We’ll take it from there.

Talk about your website
  1. 01

    Start with what matters.

Your best jobs or busiest services, the customers you want and the website tasks you want off your plate.

  2. 02

    See your direction.

We agree the scope, prepare the content and design, and put a preview in front of you for review.

  3. 03

    Keep it working for you.

After approval and setup, agreed updates and support keep the website in step with your business.

GOOD QUESTIONS / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The details
should be clear.

What’s included, what stays yours and how the ongoing work gets done.

Is this for my kind of business?

Yes. We work from what your customers need to know, whether you run a shop, salon, studio, trade, restaurant, professional service or something else. Restaurant and plumbing sites are examples of the approach.

Can I get hosting or updates without a large monthly package?

Yes. Ask for a separate hosting or website-update quote. We review your existing site and the amount of work needed, then set out what is included. A redesign, ongoing edits and marketing are separate choices.

Can you help me move from my current website provider?

We can review your current site, invoice and account access, then propose what to keep or change. The handover plan covers your domain, email, website files and connected tools. Do not cancel an existing service before the migration is agreed and checked.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You retain control of the domain, approved content and merchant or booking accounts. The agreement records deliverables, licenses, delegated access and a handoff process.

What does managed service include?

Think opening-hour changes, new products or services, updated photos, menus and someone to handle the website details. We put the update allowance, maintenance responsibilities and covered support hours in your agreement.

Are the designs and reviews real customers?

Morrow Table, Linden & Copper, Clearline Plumbing, Lucky Lantern Kitchen and the design gallery are fictional examples, with invented reviews labeled as samples. The named Virginia starter concepts use sourced public facts and are unofficial, unapproved drafts. Hong Kong Treasures is an independent concept using its public menu and original restaurant photos, with labeled illustrative thumbnails and an estimate-only basket. It is not an official HKT website. No business is presented as our customer.

Is there 24/7 support or a results guarantee?

Coverage and response targets are agreed in your service scope. No around-the-clock coverage, search position, response outcome or revenue guarantee is implied by this demo.

Can I use existing booking, ordering and payment providers?

Yes. We start by reviewing the booking, ordering and payment tools you already use. Your accounts stay yours; any new connection is agreed and tested before it goes live. This preview has no external services connected.

What happens when I submit a form?

The form prepares an email draft. Review it and send it from your email app to reach Stardust Labs. Preparing the draft does not send a message, create a booking, change a subscription or charge a card.
