Scope before delivery
A real engagement needs an agreement that identifies deliverables, allowances, coverage, approvals, ownership, third-party costs, termination and handoff responsibilities.
Separate costs and providers
Software, usage, transaction and advertising costs are separate unless an agreement says otherwise. Provider-owned services require authorized accounts and verification.
No promised outcome
No search placement, revenue, availability, turnaround or unlimited-work promise is created by the demonstrations. Cancellation inquiries prepare an email draft; they do not terminate an agreement.
