Can I get hosting or updates without a large monthly package?
Yes. Ask for a separate hosting or website-update quote. We review your existing site and the amount of work needed, then set out what is included. A redesign, ongoing edits and marketing are separate choices.
Can you help me move from my current website provider?
We can review your current site, invoice and account access, then propose what to keep or change. The handover plan covers your domain, email, website files and connected tools. Do not cancel an existing service before the migration is agreed and checked.
Who owns the website and accounts?
You retain control of the domain, approved content and merchant or booking accounts. The agreement records deliverables, licenses, delegated access and a handoff process.
What does managed service include?
Think opening-hour changes, new products or services, updated photos, menus and someone to handle the website details. We put the update allowance, maintenance responsibilities and covered support hours in your agreement.
Are the designs and reviews real customers?
Morrow Table, Linden & Copper, Clearline Plumbing, Lucky Lantern Kitchen and the design gallery are fictional examples, with invented reviews labeled as samples. The named Virginia starter concepts use sourced public facts and are unofficial, unapproved drafts. Hong Kong Treasures is an independent concept using its public menu and original restaurant photos, with labeled illustrative thumbnails and an estimate-only basket. It is not an official HKT website. No business is presented as our customer.
Is there 24/7 support or a results guarantee?
Coverage and response targets are agreed in your service scope. No around-the-clock coverage, search position, response outcome or revenue guarantee is implied by this demo.
Can I use existing booking, ordering and payment providers?
Yes. We start by reviewing the booking, ordering and payment tools you already use. Your accounts stay yours; any new connection is agreed and tested before it goes live. This preview has no external services connected.
What happens when I submit a form?
The form prepares an email draft. Review it and send it from your email app to reach Stardust Labs. Preparing the draft does not send a message, create a booking, change a subscription or charge a card.
