Collect real questions
Start with the questions that appear during estimates, calls and service visits. A useful article answers one of them clearly. It should reflect the business’s actual service, area and experience rather than combine unrelated keywords into a generic page.
Use original knowledge and review
Draft from approved business information and reliable sources. Distinguish a general explanation from regulated advice or a business-specific claim. The person approving the article should be able to trace important facts and identify material the business does not own.
Reuse with a purpose
An article can support a short social post, a customer handout or a video outline when those formats are useful. Reuse is not automatically valuable because a calculator assigns it a number. Count the derivatives the team will actually review and publish.
Turn the note into a next action.
Write down what is true today, who owns the next decision and what evidence would show the work is complete. Start small enough that the team can follow through.
