01 / A PRACTICAL STEP

Count the work you can actually accept

Before choosing an ad budget, estimate how many additional jobs the team could serve in a typical week. Include the office time needed to reply, estimate and schedule. More inquiries do not help if nobody can take the next action.

02 / A PRACTICAL STEP

Write down the unit economics

Use a scenario for clicks, inquiries, booked work and contribution margin. Ad spend is only one cost. Management fees, setup, travel, labor and materials affect whether the resulting work is worthwhile. Keep the assumptions editable and compare them with real results later.

03 / A PRACTICAL STEP

Approve one complete campaign path

Review the advertisement, landing page, form confirmation and staff notification as one system. A campaign should have a named budget owner, a clear stopping condition and a way to verify that an inquiry reached the right person.

Turn the note into a next action.

Write down what is true today, who owns the next decision and what evidence would show the work is complete. Start small enough that the team can follow through.
